Heartsaver CPR/First Aid/AED Courses
All courses will be held in the Cherokee Room at Tri County Tech. Classes are available on the second Wednesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A certificate will be given upon completion. Cost for the course is $65 and payment can be completed in person at the Student Services front desk during regular business hours or by registering online at the link below. Each course must have at least two registrations.

OSHA 10 (Construction) Courses
All courses will be held at Tri County Tech. Courses are available every other month from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A DOL certified OSHA 10 card is included upon completion. Cost for the course and card is $149 and payment can be completed in person at the Student Services front desk during regular business hours or by registering at the link below. Each course must have at least six registrations.

This is an in-person course held at the Pawhuska Business Development Center. A DOL certified OSHA 30 card is included upon completion. Cost for the course and card is $450. Lunch and Learn Training Session Overview
Refresh your skills with a fun and engaging lunch and learn with us! This is a convenient way to add to your professional toolbox with friends and improve your listening, communication, and goal setting skills. The cost is $15 per person and is non-refundable. Firefighter 1 Academy
Receive hands-on training and instruction with our brand new Firefighter Academy! Through this course, you will receive the required training and testing to satisfy the needs of the credentialing entity for Firefighter 1. Click the button below to view the application and class information. A $125 registration is required to secure your spot and applications must be turned in to our main office by January 11, 2024. A $125 course fee will be due upon completion of the course. The academy is limited to 15 people.

HazMat Awareness will have a certification test directly following the course onsite. HazMat Operations will include a written and skills test provided onsite.
Rescue Training Tower
The Tri County Tech Emergency Services Live Fire Training Facility has been designed to afford training opportunities for various public safety disciplines. Built by Fire Facilities, this Class A steel fire training tower (Live Burn Training Facility) provides the basis for both “live fire” along with smoke conditions for training and skill enhancement for fire personnel and other agencies.
It is the intent of Tri County Tech to provide a safe and realistic training facility as well as one which will enhance the learning opportunity and skill development of those who use this facility.
Mission Statement
The Tri County Tech Rescue Training Tower Board provides guidance to this regional resource and is dedicated to constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing training demands of the region.
We will accomplish this through the effective use of current techniques in fire suppression, vehicle extrication, hazardous materials mitigation, emergency medical services, fire prevention, public education, and community risk reduction. We exist to care for, protect, and serve our community and region.

It is the vision of The Tri County Tech Rescue Tower Training Board to provide the best training opportunities for all-hazards, all-risk, emergency responders within the region and to establish and uphold the highest standard of care in regard to this training resource for citizens, visitors, and stakeholders.
